Before your next prioritization discussion, you return to a problem customers keep raising in interviews. How widespread is it? What did customers say about the impact? With today's update, you can examine evidence across customer interviews to better understand which problems need your attention.
Now, you can ask Elle (the AI assistant in Aha! software) to analyze findings from multiple customer interviews and organize relevant highlights on a whiteboard in Aha! Discovery.
Compare customer needs from different angles #
You could already export interview highlights (including clips, quotes, and learnings) to a whiteboard in Aha! Discovery. Whiteboards are now embedded directly in research studies, giving you a convenient place to analyze the interviews associated with each study.
We also added a Draft with Elle option to whiteboard templates. Click this button, and Elle identifies relevant highlights from interviews in your study and organizes them into the appropriate sections on the template.
Choose a template based on what you want to learn from your research:
- Identify common customer needs: Use the new affinity mapping template to group related interview highlights into themes and distinguish recurring problems from individual requests.
- Understand the customer experience: Use a customer journey map to examine what customers encounter at different stages of a workflow and where they experience difficulties.
- Explore opportunities: Use an opportunity solution tree to organize customer needs and consider which opportunities might be most important to pursue.
Consider which customer problem your team needs to understand better. You might have plenty of interview evidence already, but have not yet connected the findings across conversations. Use that research to help decide which problems to address next. Whiteboards are available to all Aha! Discovery Advanced customers.
