- Enable AI assistance: Turn onportal AI assistance in your account's AI controls. You can enable text suggestions, category suggestions, or both in your portal settings.
- Ask for the details you need: Add custom instructions to the idea description field and other text fields (for example, "Make sure the summary includes the customer challenge and the impact on their work").
- Help customers fill in the gaps: As customers complete the idea submission form, Elle reviews their responses and prompts them to add more information when needed.
- Auto-suggest categories: Customers can clickHelp me choose beneath the category dropdown to get a recommendation from Elle.
