Ideas to track common needs across requests. And you can ask Elle, the AI assistant in Aha! software, to analyze your feedback data and automatically suggest themes.
Now, you can go a step further. Explore how ideas relate to one another in the redesigned themes chart, then compare their impact using key metrics on each theme card. Votes and customer organizations are counted across all ideas linked to each theme. Sort themes by your metric of choice and explore the voting history behind them. Toggle to the new trends view to see how interest changes across themes over time.
Here is what is new:
- Visualize theme impact: View the relative impact of suggested themes, sized by votes, unique customer organizations, or associated revenue.
- Assess customer demand: See total votes, organizations, and revenue on each theme card.
- Rank by impact: Sort themes by key metrics to surface significant customer and business opportunities.
- Explore individual themes: Open any theme to examine its voting history and review the ideas behind it.
- Compare voting trends: Switch to the new trends view to see how voting activity changes over time.
The new impact information is available for both AI-suggested themes and those you create yourself. As part of this update, we also improved the AI models behind theme detection to identify related requests more accurately.
