About Helpin #
Helpin combines a shared support inbox, projects, CRM and knowledge with configurable AI agents and MCP integrations. Community 0.2 is beta: community application code is AGPL-3.0-only, public SDKs use Apache-2.0 and enterprise directories have separate terms. Self-hosting and AI providers add operating costs; managed Cloud is paid after a trial. Installation, agent execution and access to separate runtime dependencies were not tested.
Helpin is listed with an open-source pricing classification written primarily in Go, with 9 stars on GitHub. Its latest recorded repository push was in October 2026; that is not an ASE editorial review date.
