Search API / MCP appears to ignore account personalization (blocked domains still returned)

Kagi's official MCP server (kagi_search_fetch) is returning domains a user has blocked in Personalized Results, in both the "search" and "news" workflows, despite Search API documentation stating account personalization should be inherited. Passing the domain in exclude_domains does filter it out, indicating only account-level settings are ignored; the reporter suspects all personalization (block, lower, raise, pin) is affected, not just blocks. The report calls for account personalization to be applied to Search API and MCP results in every workflow, as in the web UI and as documented.
