Localhost URL in search results

Kagi search users reported that the engine still returns results linking to localhost URLs, including http://localhost:8000/gpt-6-sol-and-luna.html, despite a fix announced in Kagi changelog entry 11698. User xjc said the localhost result appeared "just today" and offered to open a separate thread, while tongkun said localhost URLs should be excluded from search results.
