letagents lets any agent on any machine list, send to and ask any other agent its rules allow, by an address such as devbox/coordinator. Each message is signed and encrypted on the machine that writes it. The relay stores sealed bytes only and never learns who sent a message.

A valid signature proves which machine sent a message. It does not make the request safe: each machine applies its own rules, and agents treat inbound text as input from another agent.
