Gmail Live Makes Inbox Searches Easier #
With Gmail Live, users can ask Gemini questions about information stored in their inbox. Rather than manually searching through emails or lengthy conversations, users can ask for specific details, such as travel information or updates related to school and other activities, with Gemini helping surface the relevant information.
Docs Live Turns Ideas Into Documents #
Docs Live is designed to act as a voice-powered brainstorming and writing assistant. Users can speak freely about an idea, and Gemini can help transform those thoughts into a more organised document. With permission, it can also use relevant context from Gmail, Drive, Chat and the web to assist with brainstorming, creating outlines and adjusting the tone while developing a draft.
Keep Live Organises Your Thoughts #
Keep Live focuses on quickly capturing ideas and turning spoken thoughts into structured notes, lists and tasks. The new Gemini voice tools are rolling out this week, with Gmail Live and Keep Live available to Google AI Plus, Pro and Ultra subscribers, while Docs Live is initially limited to Pro and Ultra plans. Google also plans to bring these capabilities to Workspace business users in the future.
