- Data and history: Conversation logs and performance data are available, and export APIs let you feed that information into your own data warehouse, BI tools, or reporting systems.
- Code: Your agent lives in a Git repository you can access, giving you a history of what changed and the ability to export the code if you need it.
- Control: With roles and permissions, separate environments, and versioned releases, nothing reaches customers before you decide who can change your agent and when changes go live.
