Yesterday Came OpenAI’s Launch Into Legal, Now Come the Litany of Vendor Integrations

Yesterday, OpenAI released Astra for Law, a GPT-6 model tailored for legal work, as I reported here. The announcement included news of 26 new ChatGPT plugins from legal tech vendors, but it mentioned only four: Harvey, iManage, Legora and Thomson Reuters. When I asked OpenAI for the full list, I got no answer.

However, no sooner did I publish my post yesterday than the emails started arriving from companies touting their new ChatGPT plugins. So, as an update to yesterday’s story, here the ones I have heard of so far.

Note that this is not a complete list, and I will update it as I learn of others.

• CourtListener . Connect to the Free Law Project’s CourtListener databse of legal research materials.
• DeepJudge. The DeepJudge plugin helps users search internal documents, retrieve source content, and run search tasks.
• Descrybe . “The Descrybe Legal Engine plugin gives ChatGPT users access to structured, verifiable U.S. primary law and legal intelligence built specifically for AI.” (Read more on the LawNext press release feed.)
• Everlaw . The plugin “gives legal teams the ability to work with their case evidence directly from ChatGPT while leveraging Everlaw’s platform,”the company says .
• Intapp Celeste. The plugin allows users to search, create, and update records across the Intapp Celeste portfolio.
• Ironclad Contracts. The Ironclad plugin lets ChatGPT search an Ironclad contract repository and workflows using plain language.

- [LegalZoom](https://openai.com/business/plugins/legalzoom/) . Ask questions of and discover resources on LegalZoom.

• Litera. A plugin for Litera’s Foundation AI Search lets Foundation Cloud users ask questions about their firm’s experience, relationships and people.
• NetDocuments . “The plugin makes it easier for legal professionals to discover and activate NetDocuments directly within ChatGPT,” the company says.
• Relativity . “This integration connects Relativity aiR directly to ChatGPT Enterprise and enables users to stand up workspaces, organize case data and manage legal operations,”the company says .
• Vincent from Clio (available in Codex). “Lawyers can now bring Clio’s authoritative legal content and matter context into Codex, extending substantive legal work without losing the connection to the sources and context behind it.” Read Clio’s full announcement .
