Yanolja takes AI hotel concierge global after India trial

Yanolja Cloud Solution, the hospitality technology affiliate of Yanolja, launched Pulse AI, a multi-agent platform that automates hotel operations, after testing it at around 1,000 properties in India. The platform uses eight specialized AI agents to handle guest communications, reservations, check-in/out, room service, housekeeping, payments, and upselling, and is integrated with YCS's property management system for real-time operational tasks. YCS plans to roll out Pulse AI in Thailand, then expand to the United States, Malaysia, and Africa.

Yanolja is taking its artificial intelligence hotel concierge global after testing the service at around 1,000 properties in India.

Its hospitality technology affiliate, Yanolja Cloud Solution, said Thursday that it will officially launch Pulse AI, a multi-agent platform designed to automate hotel operations throughout a guest’s stay.

The platform deploys eight specialized AI agents covering guest communications, reservations, check-in and checkout, room service, housekeeping, payments and upselling.

Guests can use the service through WhatsApp or a web-based portal to confirm reservations, check in, request room service and make payments.

Connected directly to YCS’s property management system, Pulse AI can use real-time booking and room availability data to carry out operational tasks, rather than simply answer questions. Inquiries that the system cannot resolve are transferred to hotel staff in real time.

YCS previewed the platform at about 1,000 hotels in India, using operational data from the program to improve its accuracy and develop features tailored to hotel workflows.

The company said demand for automation is rising as hotel employees can spend up to eight hours a day handling customer communications.

YCS plans to introduce Pulse AI in Thailand before expanding into the United States, Malaysia and Africa.

“Yanolja will continue advancing its AI agents using global hotel operating data to improve both operational efficiency and the guest experience,” a company official said.
