The Hashgraph Group Launches Partner Network as Enterprises Prepare for Agentic AI

The Hashgraph Group (THG), a Swiss engineering company developing Web3 and AI infrastructure on Hedera, has launched the Hashgraph Partner Alliance (HPA), a global programme to help consulting firms, system integrators and software companies deliver enterprise-grade Web3 and agentic AI solutions. The launch comes as the agentic AI market is expected to grow at a compound annual rate of more than 42% through 2031, according to Mordor Intelligence. THG estimates its highest-tier partners can receive more than $125,000 in annual programme benefits.

Enterprises are moving quickly toward agentic AI, but deploying autonomous software safely inside existing business systems remains one of the industry's biggest challenges.

The Hashgraph Group (THG) believes the next opportunity isn't just building AI agents. It's helping companies integrate them into real-world operations.

The Swiss engineering company, which develops Web3 and AI infrastructure on Hedera, has launched the Hashgraph Partner Alliance (HPA), a global programme designed to help consulting firms, system integrators and software companies deliver enterprise-grade Web3 and agentic AI solutions to clients.

Rather than building products from scratch, partners can generate revenue by referring customers, implementing THG's technology or embedding its infrastructure into their own software.

Bringing Enterprise AI and Web3 Together #

The launch comes as demand for agentic AI accelerates across industries.

According to Mordor Intelligence, the agentic AI market is expected to grow at a compound annual rate of more than 42% through 2031, while the Web3 market is forecast to expand by around 43% annually over the same period. #

As more businesses explore autonomous AI systems, questions around identity, governance, compliance and trusted data are becoming increasingly important. THG says its Hashgraph for Enterprise (H4E) platform was built to address those challenges.

The product suite includes digital identities and wallets for people, machines and AI agents, alongside tools for digital product passports, sustainability reporting, loyalty programmes and payment orchestration, all built on Hedera's distributed ledger technology.

Three Ways Partners Can Generate Revenue #

The Hashgraph Partner Alliance offers three commercial models.

Partners can introduce qualified enterprise opportunities to THG in exchange for referral commissions, resell and implement the H4E product suite under a revenue-sharing model, or embed THG's Web3 and AI capabilities directly into their own software.

The company says it will provide engineering support, solution architecture, technical training and 24-hour assistance through its HashCare service, allowing partners to focus on customer delivery rather than building the underlying infrastructure themselves.

Silver, Gold and Platinum membership tiers include different levels of technical support, product access and commercial benefits, with THG estimating its highest-tier partners can receive more than $125,000 in annual programme benefits.

Building on Existing Enterprise Deployments #

The partner programme builds on technology THG has already deployed across several enterprise projects.

The company is working with Merck Group on Digital Product Passport infrastructure that combines THG's TrackTrace platform with Merck's M-Trust authentication technology. It has also launched BrandBoost, a tokenised customer loyalty platform, and is collaborating with Teleport on digital customs documentation for Southeast Asian e-commerce.

Stefan Deiss, Co-Founder and CEO of The Hashgraph Group, said the company has spent the past several years developing enterprise-ready products and delivery capabilities before expanding its partner ecosystem.

"Over the past few years, we've focused extensively on building our Web3 and AI-powered products and global delivery capabilities," Deiss said. #

"Through our Hashgraph Partner Alliance programme, we are proactively reengaging our 70-plus partners in a practical way to respond to the increasing market demand for enterprise solutions."

Preparing for the Next Phase of Enterprise AI #

As enterprises move beyond AI pilots and begin deploying autonomous agents inside customer service, supply chains and financial systems, the supporting infrastructure is becoming just as important as the models themselves.

Identity, permissions, audit trails and trusted data are all emerging as critical requirements for businesses operating in regulated industries.

Rather than positioning itself as another AI company, THG is betting demand will increasingly shift toward the infrastructure that allows enterprises to deploy agentic AI securely, compliantly and at scale. The Hashgraph Partner Alliance is designed to give consulting firms and software providers a faster route into that growing market without having to build the underlying technology themselves.
