With these contracts, ARR surpasses $300 million, increasing confidence in 2026 guidance
TEL AVIV, Israel--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Similarweb Ltd. (NYSE: SMWB), a leading digital data and analytics company powering critical business decisions, today announced that it has surpassed $300 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and signed two multi-year enterprise contracts, each representing seven-figure ARR commitments. Collectively, these contracts represent approximately $47 million in Total Contract Value to be recognized over the next three years and were signed during the second quarter of 2026.
The contracts reflect accelerating demand for Similarweb's proprietary Digital Data across diverse industries and reinforce the Company's position as a critical data infrastructure provider for many of the world's most sophisticated enterprises. The customers are leading AI-driven companies and large global enterprises that are increasingly leveraging Similarweb's data to power strategic decision-making, market intelligence, and AI-driven initiatives.
These contracts further support the Company's confidence in its full-year 2026 guidance provided with its first quarter 2026 financial results on May 13, 2026.
As it does each quarter, Similarweb will provide an updated full-year outlook when it reports second quarter 2026 financial results, currently expected in mid-August 2026.
