PlayStation Publishing upgraded the PC release of Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart to bring with it new AMD FSR upgrades to hopefully give a smoother experience. That's in addition to also upgrading Spider-Man, Spider-Man 2 and Miles Morales.
Today we are releasing a small update to improve support for the DualSense Edge controller.
This patch also contains a couple of bug fixes, and we’ve updated AMD FSR to version 3.1.4, adding compatibility with Machine Learning-based FSR Frame Generation on supported hardware.
Patch Notes v3.630.1.0 #
- Improved support for the DualSense Edge controller.
- Added compatibility with ML-based [AMD FSR "Redstone"]Frame Generation*- Fixed an issue where DLSS Frame Generation could become unavailable in the menu after changing to FSR Frame Generation or disabling Frame Generation.
- When enabling AMD FSR 4 in the driver, the game now also displays this version in the menu and launcher*.
- AMD Radeon RX 9000 series GPU and driver 25.12.1 or later required. Nice to see that even though PlayStation will be moving away from PC ports, their PC teams are still keeping their existing ports up to date.
