Navigation menu Minimap in Assistent like in Vertex AI

Add a sidebar navigation minimap menu to Assistant threads so you can navigate / jump to each message from assistant and user. Vertex AI / Google has a pretty decent implementation with previews (see screenshots).

Currently, it is very difficult to jump / find stages in a thread when there are multiple Q and As.

Should be pretty straightforward feature to add with decent UX/UI benefits.
