According to Crunchbase, Get Covered operates 16 AI agents across more than 3 million rental units using a governance model that assigns each agent to a defined manager with written rules and regular review, similar to human staff oversight in regulated jobs. The company notes that Deloitte's 2026 State of AI survey found 23 percent of companies use agentic AI today with 74 percent expecting to within two years, while Gartner predicts more than 40 percent of agentic AI projects will be canceled by end of 2027.
