Hey I'm Joel. My co-founder Simon Newstead (active in the impact community) and I started as accountability buddies, and realised how much it helped having someone actually trained in holding us accountable so we ended up building GoalsWon around that idea.
We have a pro bono program (for every paying client we take on, we open a free spot for someone in the high-impact community, ie the paid side exists to fund the giving-back side) and over the years we've coached hundreds of people in AI safety, animal welfare, and global health and we're opening more spots now that's why I'm sharing it here.
How it works: you get a real human coach (not a bot!) doing daily check-ins on your goals (work or personal), plus a monthly video call.
We know a lot of high-impact work fails at follow-through and not strategy, so we're here to help with the consistent accountability part so it improves your output and keep burnout away as you do all the important work you do.
Our only ask: if you sign up, actually use it. Spots are limited and we want them going to people who'll show up and make the most of it.
