Tines, the leader in intelligent workflow technology, and Deloitte, the global number one strongest professional services brand and No.1 by revenue in the Gartner® Market Share: Security Services, Worldwide, has announced a collaboration to help more enterprises harness Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation successfully.

As part of the collaboration, Tines and Deloitte will work together to provide Deloitte clients with access to Tines’ leading intelligent workflow platform used by cybersecurity and IT teams, helping them to operate more efficiently and securely while automating repetitive tasks. The platform gives teams a secure way to combine automation, AI agents, and integration across all their tools, teams and systems.

Business leaders increasingly face challenges bringing AI projects from pilot programme to successful integration into their organisations. Tines and Deloitte’s collaboration presents an opportunity for organisations wanting to automate successfully with speed and control.

By collaborating, Tines and Deloitte can better support businesses to tackle their cybersecurity, IT operations and AI challenges. Companies such as Reddit, Fin (formerly known as Intercom), SAP and Pinterest have already benefited from using Tines to automate repetitive parts of their workflows, quickly and easily, blending agentic AI, rules-based automations and human-in-the loop processes.

As part of the collaboration, Deloitte will provide the business context and security technology implementation skills, while Tines will provide their leading intelligent workflow platform for IT and security teams.

Worker access to AI rose by 50% in 2025, according to a Deloitte survey. Expectations for scale are high, with the report finding that the number of companies with ?40% AI projects in production was set to more than double in the next three to six months.

Even though AI has the potential to deliver on efficiency and productivity, just 34% are using AI to truly reimagine their business.

Thomas Kinsella, co-founder and CCO of Tines said: “Every company is racing to adopt AI and automation — but most are discovering that it’s a lot harder than it looks. They are investing in new technology but are not always seeing a return. Tines helps bring their whole technology stack together and automate repetitive tasks to drive productivity and efficiency, freeing up time to spend on important work. By working closely with Deloitte and its global network, we can reach more organisations and help them build intelligent workflows into their business. Deloitte are experts in business transformation and we’re excited to partner with them to help customers maximise the value they get from their technology stack.”

Colm McDonnell, Cyber + Digital Trust & Privacy partner, Deloitte said: “Our clients want to free up their people to do more meaningful work through the use of AI, and a key step on that journey is the automation of repetitive tasks in all functions of their business. Tines’ groundbreaking solution supports clients on this journey, and our new collaboration now means we can make their expertise available to more of our clients.”
