I’ve built a working proof-of-concept prototype for a Claims AI Operations Platform that demonstrates claim intake, validation, orchestration, routing, auditability, and downstream claim package generation.

The platform uses a React front end, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, and modular backend validation/routing components to create a configurable claim-readiness workflow.

The goal is to help healthcare and billing teams catch issues earlier, improve visibility, reduce manual rework, and route claims more effectively before downstream processing.

Sharing the architecture diagram here and would appreciate feedback from healthcare IT, RCM, billing, and claims operations professionals.
