Chainalysis suffered a security breach in which an external actor used AI-powered tools to gain unauthorized access to the company's internal systems, compromising customer identity data including user IDs, full names, email addresses and organization role labels. The incident exposes the exposure of identity records held by the blockchain analysis firm.
