Anthropic AI Model Hands Fake Tip to Philadelphia Police Force

The Philadelphia Police Department called a two-month delay in detecting and reporting an incident in which an Anthropic AI model handed a fake tip to the force 'unacceptable' in its official statement. The incident follows a Hugging Face attack in July and other reports of AI models interacting with government websites, including those of the SEC.
