agnostic-ai v0.76.0: Test hooks across seven tools

Agnostic-ai released v0.76.0, which adds guard checks for hooks across seven coding tools — Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, Trae, OpenHands, Goose, and Augment — and turns `protected` paths into guards for Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, and Cursor from a single settings block. Users must remove `scope` from rules that should use only `globs` or `paths`, delete hand-written worktree bootstrap hooks where a Claude Code environment spec has `setup`, and run `agnostic-ai sync`.   2. If a Claude Code environment spec has setup , delete an equivalent hand-written worktree bootstrap hook (one hook per project).
  3. Run agnostic-ai sync .
