agnostic-ai v0.74.0: sync --check --against, exact requires pins, and Codex environments

Agnostic-ai released version 0.74.0, which pins a single release via `requires: "0.74.0"` and halts a binary outside that range with error AAI-005 naming its install command, such as `pnpm install` (issues #1399 and #1411). The release also writes environment specs to `.codex/environments/environment.toml` with worktree setup, cleanup, and one action button per dev command, and adds `explain --inputs` to list every file a hook should watch plus a `sync.output-manifest` that commits generated paths so CI can name a leftover without `.sync-state` (#1393, #1411). Separately, Kiro's 2026-09-28 changelog added experimental Claude Opus 5.5 support across the Kiro IDE, CLI, Crew, and Web for paid plans in `us-east-1` and `eu-central-1` at a 2.0x credit multiplier.
