ZKP-Vault is an open-source middleware architecture that uses device-side Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKPs) to gate access to encrypted cloud data silos.
Cloud AI providers are burning millions of dollars on server overhead, redundant data processing, and massive data-breach insurance liabilities. Storing uncompressed, raw user session history "hot" on active server racks is completely unsustainable.
By shifting the compliance and identity validation to the user's local hardware enclave, ZKP-Vault delivers a dual-benefit framework:
Zero-Liability Infrastructure: The cloud provider never hosts or reads the raw identity metrics. Compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and EU AI mandates is mathematically guaranteed in real-time at the device level.Dynamic Silo Compression: Because data access is gated by targeted cryptographic tokens, 95% of inactive user history can remain deeply compressed and "cold." The system only decompresses the highly specific context block authenticated by the ZKP, slashing data center power consumption and compute bloat.
