Whats the most popular GRPC solution today?

A developer seeking a maintained gRPC library reports that available options appear to be recent LLM-generated projects or wrappers for the core library, with no mature off-the-shelf solution currently available.

Im looking for a maintained/community used grpc library. however, so far all I have seen look like LLM projects created recently with no one using them, or wrappers for grpc/core library. For those using grpc in their projects, what are you using? I looked at this recently, I don’t think there’s a mature off-the-shelf solution at the moment.
