There’s now a free AI chatbot plugin for WordPress, a redesigned plugin and chat widget, a new customer portal and a new website. We also changed how you get the plugin and how you pay for it. **Short version:** The free plugin is now on WordPress.org as Resolai AI Customer Support. Premium features come in a separate plugin called WP Replai Pro. Pro is a lifetime license for $39 per website, with no subscription. ## A free AI chatbot for WordPress, plus Pro **Resolai AI Customer Support** is the free plugin, listed on WordPress.org. Updates arrive in your WordPress dashboard like any other plugin. **WP Replai Pro** adds the Premium features on top. You download it from your account at wpreplai.com, upload it to your site and connect it to your account in one click. ## How to switch from the old plugin 1. Deactivate the old WP Replai plugin. 2. Go to Plugins, Add New Plugin and search for Resolai AI Customer Support. Install and activate it. 3. If you have Premium, sign in at [wpreplai.com/account](https://wpreplai.com/account/) and download WP Replai Pro. 4. Upload the zip in Plugins, Add New Plugin, Upload Plugin, then activate it. 5. Click Connect, sign in and confirm your site. Your settings, skills and conversations carry over automatically. **Important:** Keep the old plugin deactivated, but don’t delete it. Deleting it also deletes your saved settings, and you would have to set everything up again. ## What’s new in the plugin ### Dashboard A new dashboard shows conversations, tickets, handoffs, average rating and the tickets your AI agent resolved on its own. It also shows your AI cost and token usage, so you always know what support costs you. ### Conversations The conversation list now shows each chat’s title, status, language, number of messages, rating and total cost. Open any conversation to see the full chat, an AI summary and the page where it started. You can change its status and export the transcript. ### Agent settings Choose a preset icon for your agent’s avatar, or keep your own image. Add common questions that the widget suggests to visitors, so they can start a chat with one click. ### Chat widget Visitors can now read their past conversations right in the widget. ### Privacy and data Data retention deletes old conversations automatically after the number of days you choose. With Pro, you can also ask visitors for their email before a chat starts. It’s off by default. ### Widget text (Pro) Change or translate any text in the chat widget, so it speaks your brand’s voice in your visitors’ language. ### Customer portal The redesigned portal at [wpreplai.com/account](https://wpreplai.com/account/) is where you download Pro, see the websites connected to your license and revoke any you no longer use. ## Lifetime pricing: $39 per website WP Replai Pro is a lifetime license. You pay $39 once per website, with no subscription. AI replies run on your own OpenRouter key, and you pay OpenRouter directly with no markup. Most conversations cost a fraction of a cent.
