What’s New in My OPSWAT™ Portal v2026.3.6.0 OPSWAT released My OPSWAT Portal v2026.3.6.0, adding organization-level conditional access policies based on IP address, IP range (CIDR), or country, plus a Beta AI Content Recommendation feature on the Overview dashboard. The release also renames the License Management page's Deployed / Purchased column to Entitlement and adds a Partner Portal Opportunities page covering deal registrations, renewals, and other associated opportunities. Conditional access policies can run in Monitor mode first, with every access attempt recorded in the event log. In our recent releases, My OPSWAT Portal introduces organization-level access policies, personalized content on your dashboard, clearer license entitlements, and a full pipeline view for partners. Together, these updates give customers and partners more control, more context, and fewer reasons to look outside the My OPSWAT™ Portal for an answer. Release Highlights - Organization-Level Conditional Access: Control exactly where your organization can be accessed from using IP and country-based policies. - AI Content Recommendation: Relevant OPSWAT content now finds you on the Overview dashboard, chosen for what your organization is licensed for. - Enhanced License Entitlement Visibility: The License Management page now provides a clearer view of license entitlements across license types, letting customers purchasing Volume licenses see additional configuration details. - Opportunities in Partner Portal: Partners can now see all opportunities associated with their organization, including opportunities resulting from deal registrations, renewals, and other associated opportunities. Organization-Level Conditional Access: Draw a Perimeter Around Your Organization Strong credentials are not much help if the account using them is somewhere it should not be. Organization-Level Conditional Access lets administrators decide exactly where their organization can be accessed from, using Allow or Block policies based on IP address, IP range CIDR , or country. Policies cover the people entering your organization and the API and integration calls made on its behalf, including OAuth applications, so an approved integration does not become an unapproved way in. Access rules are the kind of thing that breaks something the moment you turn them on, so policies can run in Monitor mode first. You can watch what a policy would have caught before it catches anything, and every access attempt is recorded in the event log either way. AI Content Recommendation Puts the Right Content in Front of You OPSWAT publishes a lot: product articles, announcements, webinars, Academy training. Finding the part of it that matters to your deployment has always meant knowing what to search for in the first place. The Overview dashboard now brings relevant content to you. AI Content Recommendation surfaces personalized OPSWAT articles, announcements, webinars, and Academy training based on the products your organization licenses and the content you engage with. While the feature is in Beta, you can rate each recommendation with a thumbs up or thumbs down. Your feedback helps the system better understand what is useful to you and make future suggestions more relevant. Enhanced License Entitlement Visibility: Know What Each Key Actually Covers The License Management page now provides a clearer view of license entitlements across license types, with customers on volume licenses seeing additional configuration details for the first time. The Deployed / Purchased column is now Entitlement, showing the maximum licensed instances for each license key. Hovering over an Entitlement value shows the license type, with maximum and deployed instances for regular licenses, and maximum instances and maximum offline time for volume licenses. For Partners Introducing Opportunities: Follow the Pipeline Beyond Deal Registration Previously, Partner Portal visibility centered on Deal Registration. Partners could submit new deals and see the opportunities created when those registered leads were converted. However, opportunities that did not originate from Deal Registration, such as renewals and other opportunities associated with their organization, were not visible. The new Opportunities page brings both types together. Partners now see the opportunities created from their deal registrations alongside renewals and everything else tied to their organization, providing a more complete view of the sales pipeline. Explore What's New My OPSWAT Portal is the front door to everything OPSWAT delivers. It is where an operator activates an offline license, where a channel partner manages a portfolio of customer deployments, where an engineer opens a critical case at 2 a.m., and where an organization decides exactly who inside its walls can do each of those things. These releases sharpen that front door: tighter control over who reaches your organization, content that arrives without a search, a pipeline partners can see in full, and licenses that say what they cover.
