What % of your usage is open source vs. frontier models?

A user reports using DeepSeek for 80% of private AI tasks, citing satisfaction, while criticizing enterprise tools like Copilot and Gemini Flash for degraded quality, slow speed, and errors. The user also notes burning a €400 budget in four days on serious work, highlighting cost and performance issues with frontier models.

Curious about everyone's open source vs. frontier model usage? Is it mainly indie devs/startups with primarily open source usage or is enterprise adoption of open source moving quickly too?

at the moment private i use mainly deepseek, about 80% and very very happy with it, at work we have copilot, i'm not sure, but the quality of service has got degraded in my opinion, speed is very low, i casually get error, api not available, especially gemeni-flash ,i have the feeling GPT5.4 is not as good as before, and with serious work i burn all my 400€ budget in 4 days
