A developer built FreelancerMate AI, an AI-powered workspace copilot for freelancers that turns pasted client requests, briefs, or project emails into project summaries, scope analysis, requirements, tech stack recommendations, architecture overviews, sprint timelines, client clarification questions, INR time and pricing estimates, and proposal letters. The tool pairs a React 18 and Vite frontend with a Node.js/Express backend and MongoDB, using Google's Gemma model through a local Ollama API with no fine-tuning, plus bcrypt password hashing for security.
