I built **Bit Flip Lab** — a visual, deterministic fault-injection laboratory for studying what happens when exactly one bit changes.

The workflow is simple:

**Select one bit → mutate → decode → measure → observe**

It can expose consequences at multiple levels:

Raw byte changes

Structural validity

Integrity checks

Decoded/rendered output

Severity classification

One experiment shows a single bit producing a measurable pixel change. Another crosses a structural boundary and causes a PNG decoder failure.

The project is open source, with the full visual demo, experiments, architecture, and methodology on GitHub.
