Microsoft is adding a "Hybrid Intelligence" capability to Copilot on Windows that, with user permission, lets the assistant access context stored on the PC, take actions on the user's behalf, and run local models when appropriate, according to a LinkedIn post by Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella.
