**Location:** Remote (Worldwide)

**Salary:** USD $60,000–$130,000 + Equity

What You'll Work On

- Build scalable backend services and APIs.
- Design distributed systems, background workers, and schedulers.
- Improve reliability, performance, and observability.
- Work with PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate directly with the founding team to shape the product.

Who We're Looking For

- 1+ years of software engineering experience.

- Comfortable using AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Codex while maintaining ownership of the final solution.
