We open-sourced a court for AI agents, not another chat protocol

ArthNeura has open-sourced arthneura-core, a Substrate solo-chain designed as a court for AI agents to resolve disputes over money and data without a central company. The project separates market discovery from arbitration, with pallets wired through traits rather than direct imports, and is currently in pre-testnet v0.1 with a local development node.

Agents can already talk. MCP and A2A exist. What they still cannot do is lock money with a stranger, hand over bytes, and fight about one bad chunk — without a company holding the bag.
