[Leave new](#respond)\n\n-\nThomas Franz\n[May 22, 2026 3:18 pm](#comment-3863199)at video position 22:22 – you should consider to change your method from D.E.A.T.H to D.E.H.A.T\n\nWhen you add clustered indexes to a HEAP table it will need to recreate every nonclustered index, which would take longer, when you added missing indexes / tuned indexes before.\n\nFor tables, that you didn’t touch before (some smaller / rarely used HEAPs) it doesn’t relly matter, where the H in your workflow is.\n\n[Reply](#comment-3863199)-\nHave you been through my Mastering Index Tuning class?
