Updates to Authtics Advisories

A developer updated the Authtics Advisories project, changing its malicious-package scanning schedule from daily to monthly because reports were arriving too quickly. The update adds a code of conduct, repository discussions, a contributing guide, an advisory schema 1.1 with a new references object, the ability to update existing advisories, and Gemini web_search access through Firecrawl.
