We added *Sony Music Entertainment v. Uncharted Labs II*, a case related to the *UMG Recordings v. Uncharted Labs I* before Judge Hellerstein.

We also activated the *Brave Software v. News Corp.* case, which had been voluntarily dismissed but later refiled. News Corp. just filed counterclaims for copyright infringement.
