Transcend Rails brings policy enforcement and spending controls to AI agents

Transcend launched Transcend Rails, an agent management product that enforces policy and spending controls on AI agents beyond identity and access control. The company said enterprises scaling AI agents cannot reconstruct what agents did in a prior quarter and that agents can delete, export, browse or spend beyond their instructions while prompt-based stop commands go ignored. Transcend cited a Gartner prediction about 2030 in the announcement.
