Todd Blanche vows feds will arrest ‘disgusting’ protester who threatened to kill ICE agent’s family in insane video

Acting US Attorney General Todd Blanche vowed federal authorities will arrest an anti-ICE protester who threatened to kill an immigration agent's wife and children during a clash outside Newark's Delaney Hall detention facility. Blanche called the man's threats "disgusting" and promised to find and charge him with a federal crime. The confrontation is part of ongoing violent protests at the facility, where nine people were arrested Thursday night for assaulting law enforcement officers.

“That’s a federal crime. Not only threatening the ICE officer — but think about how disgusting this individual is by threatening his wife and his children with death,” Blanche told Fox News after watching the disturbing clip this week.

“That is disgusting … and we see his face and I promise you we will find him, and when we find him, we will arrest him,” Blanche added.

The foul-mouthed agitator clashed with ICE agents outside the Newark detention facility, where activists claiming ICE detainees are on a hunger strike due to deplorable living conditions have sparked violent clashes with law enforcement this week.

“I’ll kill your whole f–king family. Your whole f–king family is dead. Your children, your wife, all dead,” the bearded protester, who had protective goggles over his eyes, shouts at the federal agents.

“I have your face, motherf–ker. You’re dead. Dead,” the unhinged man said in the clip posted on social media by conservative influencer Nick Sortor.

Blanche said couldn’t understand why the protesters’ outrage was directed at the ICE agent, who was “just doing his job standing there.”

Daily protests outside Delaney Hall have continued since they began over Memorial Day weekend.

The demonstrators have tried to block vehicles and personnel from getting in and out of the facility.

On Thursday night, nine people were arrested after roughly 100 protesters descended on the detention center, where they “bit, kicked, and punched law enforcement officers,” according to Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin

“Assaulting and obstructing ICE law enforcement is a crime and felony,” Mullin said “Throughout the night, nine rioters were arrested. Anyone who assaults law enforcement will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

“Law and order will prevail,” he added.
