At $189.99, this isn’t geared towards your extreme enthusiast PC builds, but rather setups that offer solid QHD performance, and for those who prefer a larger screen for a more immersive experience, over the typical 27-inch, QHD, 240Hz options, which are more suited to competitive play. I’ll break down this monitor’s standout features below, but I’d say that if you want something ‘Samsung quality’, that looks great, offers solid picture quality, and decent gaming performance, then this deal is well worth considering while it’s still live. The last time I checked, Amazon has this labelled with ‘Prime deal selling fast’, so you may want to hurry if you’re interested.

1000R curvature for increased immersion
This curvature is actually quite steep for a 32-inch monitor, and that’s a great thing if you’re after a greater sense of immersion. If you’re playing open-world games or simulators, these types of screens are particularly well-suited, and at 32 inches, they don’t require loads of space either.
QHD at 32 inches preserves pixel density
Any bigger than this, and you would start losing picture clarity, so this is right on the edge. The big win here is that it’s leagues above FHD at the same size, and nowhere near as expensive as a 4K, 32-inch monitor.
1ms response time and 165Hz for fast-paced and smooth gaming
You can game at up to 165fps with this monitor, and its low response time, combined with AMD FreeSync, is going to help keep motion blur and ghosting to a minimum.

Is this monitor right for you?
If you’re looking for something immersive, great value, and something that will look great in your setup, this is a winner, but it does obviously scale back in some areas to remain competitively priced. One are athat stands out to me is that it only has HDR 10, which means it can display content with enhanced brightness, color, and contrast, but in a more basic way compared to HDR 10+, for example. It means that this wouldn’t be my first choice for overall picture quality. That being said, since it targets more cost-effective QHD gaming builds, if it had higher HDR performance, it would likely be overspecced, so it’s really not a big deal-killer.
