## About this rig

Theo (@theo) stacked four Mac Mini units on a desk: ProMini, Mini10g, DeskMini, and ClawMini. The photo went viral as a compact, Apple-shaped homelab. No published tok/s numbers yet, but a 4x M4 Pro cluster is an interesting local-inference shape: roughly 96GB of unified memory across four 24GB nodes, or 192GB if each box is the 48GB config, networked over 10GbE or Thunderbolt. Splitting inference across four small boxes trades single-stream latency for total capacity and the ability to serve larger models than any one Mini can hold.
