Same APIs. Same frameworks. Same deployment pipelines. Same AI models.\n\nThe technical barrier has not been lowered. It has collapsed entirely.\n\nConstraints used to be something you hid. You performed scale you did not have.\n\nThat era is over.\n\nBuilding in public flips the script. Your constraints become your story.
