The Arena Group is changing its name to Paradium.AI, recasting a digital publisher built around TheStreet, Parade and Men's Journal as an artificial intelligence business after a first quarter marked by falling revenue and shrinking margins.
Paul Edmondson, The Arena Group's chief executive, informed employees of the rebrand Monday morning in a memo obtained by Business Insider. Edmondson wrote that The Arena Group was becoming a "publicly traded AI company" and planned to disclose the new identity alongside its second-quarter results after the market closed on August 10th.
