One week it was ChatGPT.
The next week it was Claude.
Then Gemini.
Then another tool promising to change everything.
People were obsessed with learning new prompts.
New features.
New benchmarks.
Meanwhile…
The people actually making money with AI weren’t talking about prompts at all.
They were talking about workflows.
That realization completely changed how I looked at AI.
Instead of asking,
“Which AI tool should I learn next?”
I started asking,
“Which business problem can I solve faster than yesterday?”
