Tennessee — AI Law & Policy Updates

Tennessee's ELVIS Act, which protects an individual's voice as property and allows legal action against unauthorized AI-generated voice or likeness replicas, took effect July 1, 2024, as Public Chapter 588 (HB 2091 / SB 2096).
