SpaceXAI released Grok 4.6, claiming it matches OpenAI's GPT-5.6 Sol and trails Anthropic's Claude Fable 5 by one point on the Artificial Analysis Intelligence Index with a score of 61. The model is available today through Cursor, Grok Build, the SpaceXAI API, OpenRouter, Vercel, and Cloudflare, with API pricing starting at $2 per million input tokens and $6 per million output tokens.

SpaceXAI also reports gains over Grok 4.5 across every evaluation listed, including CursorBench, FrontierCode, APEX-Agents, and Terminal-Bench. SpaceXAI says the improvement comes from a longer supplemental training run, stronger engineering data, and expanded reinforcement learning for coding and knowledge work.
