SpaceXAI completes its Cursor acquisition following Grok Bot and Grok 4.6 release

SpaceXAI completed its acquisition of Cursor on August 14, following the release of Grok Bot and Grok 4.6 models. The deal, initially inked in April, makes Cursor a part of SpaceXAI, which also absorbed xAI in February.
