Meet CaseCite, a free, open-source legal AI platform that handles the work lawyers need done: cited legal research, document analysis, contract review and redlining, legal drafting, citation checks, and judge intelligence.
It's self-hosted, runs on your own infrastructure, supports your own AI models and API keys, and is released under the Apache 2.0 license, meaning you're free to use it.
Is it as polished as Harvey's billion-dollar enterprise platform? Not yet. But it covers a substantial portion of everyday legal workflows without the enterprise sales pitch or premium subscription. You just pay your own infrastructure and AI usage costs.
I rest my case**.**
