REQUIREMENTS -English Proficiency — The 1 Requirement C1 minimum, C2 preferred. Excellent spoken and written English is the most critical requirement for this role. -You will collaborate with a US-based team on a daily basis — fluent, confident communication is essential. Experience -Minimum 5+ years of hands-on professional software development experience. -University degree, bootcamp graduation, or self-taught background — all paths equally welcome. -A strong GitHub profile, active portfolio, or real project samples carry significant weight. -Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver results in a remote environment. Location -Must be currently based in one of our target regions: Iran, Greece, Albania Turkey, Bosnia, or Latin America. -Iranian nationals who have relocated to Europe, UAE, Canada, or other regions are also warmly encouraged to apply. -Reliable, stable internet connection and a quiet, suitable home workspace are required.
