REQUIREMENTS -English Proficiency — The #1 Requirement (C1 minimum, C2 preferred.) Excellent spoken and written English is the most critical requirement for this role. -You will collaborate with a US-based team on a daily basis — fluent, confident communication is essential. Experience -Minimum 5+ years of hands-on professional software development experience. -University degree, bootcamp graduation, or self-taught background — all paths equally welcome. -A strong GitHub profile, active portfolio, or real project samples carry significant weight. -Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver results in a remote environment. Location -Must be currently based in one of our target regions: Iran, Greece, Albania Turkey, Bosnia, or Latin America. -Iranian nationals who have relocated to Europe, UAE, Canada, or other regions are also warmly encouraged to apply. -Reliable, stable internet connection and a quiet, suitable home workspace are required. Technical Skills -Frontend: React, Vue.js, Angular, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 -Backend: Node.js, Django, Laravel, Spring Boot, ASP.NET, Express.js, FastAPI -Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions -Data & AI: Python, SQL, Apache Spark, Airflow, Snowflake, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face -Version control with Git is required across all roles. -Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture is a strong advantage.
