`site:z.ai` using international region returns non-`z.ai` domains

A user reported that searching "reasoning_effort" with the site:z.ai operator on Kagi returned 2 results from unrelated domains, github.com and aiproductivity.ai, when the Country/Region setting was set to International, instead of the expected 0 results. A Kagi representative was unable to reproduce the issue, getting 11 results from Z.ai for the same query.
